Erin Chronicle provides educational content focused on beginner boxing fitness and movement learning. This includes written guides, structured drills, workshop descriptions, and equipment education to help beginners understand core concepts such as stance, footwork, shadowboxing structure, coordination practice, warm-up habits, recovery basics, and general conditioning principles.
The Services are designed to be informational and community oriented. They are not a substitute for in-person coaching, medical advice, or individual assessment. We do not provide emergency services, and we do not promise specific outcomes from training. Your results, comfort, and progress depend on individual circumstances, consistency, and safe practice.

You agree to use the Services lawfully and responsibly. You are responsible for your own training decisions, including selecting appropriate intensity, managing rest, and seeking professional advice if you have an injury, medical condition, or uncertainty about suitability.

- If accounts are introduced in the future, you agree to keep credentials secure and to use only one account per person unless otherwise permitted.

The Services and all associated content, including text, design elements, logos, graphics, educational materials, and code, are owned by Erin Chronicle or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. 7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Erin Chronicle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erin Chronicle’s total direct liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the lower of (a) the amount you paid to us for the Services in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) 100 EUR.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation where such exclusions are not permitted.
