Sessions built for beginner consistency

Workshops and movement sessions

Our workshops are practical learning sessions covering boxing-inspired movement, shadowboxing structure, coordination drills, and conditioning basics. Each session is designed to be approachable, with clear pacing, rest guidance, and safety cues so you can train with confidence.

Sessions focus on learning and repetition, not intensity competitions. You will see a simple breakdown of warm-up, main drills, and cooldown so you can understand the purpose of each part.

Equipment and hand safety clinic

A practical overview of wraps, glove sizing, and common training accessories. Learn how to set up gear for comfort and support, and how to spot fit issues that can affect wrists and knuckles.

This is an educational session. It does not require impact training, and it is suitable for people who are still deciding what gear they need.

How to choose the right session

If you are new to boxing fitness, start with stance and footwork first. Movement quality makes everything else easier, including shadowboxing and conditioning. If your goal is general fitness at home, choose the conditioning session and add footwork drills as a short skill block. If you feel unsure about gear, use the equipment clinic to understand wraps, gloves, and safe setup before you add impact training.

When you register interest, tell us your available space, any movement limitations, and whether you prefer low-impact options. We use that information to recommend sessions and preparation steps.

Quick starting points

  • New to movement: choose footwork fundamentals.
  • Home fitness focus: choose conditioning basics.
  • Want structure: choose shadowboxing rounds.
